A building with an awkward layout, a fleet that keeps growing, or battery types no standard cabinet fits around. Then we design and build a battery cabinet that does fit, from the first site visit to delivery.
Expandable per compartment, instead of a second cabinet
For Bafang we built a modular battery cabinet, expandable per compartment, so storage grows with the fleet instead of needing a second cabinet alongside it two years later.
We delivered the same setup to Multicycle. In both cases the reason was the same: a standard cabinet was available to buy, but not one that fit the number of batteries, the dimensions and the spot in the building.
From site visit to delivery.
What we need in order to calculate: which batteries they are, how many there are, what they weigh together, and what the space they'll go in looks like.
Site visit
We look at the number of batteries, the gross weight per fire compartment and the layout of the space. From that follows which group your storage falls under and what requirements go with it.
Design
Dimensions, compartmentalisation, ventilation and the position of the charging points. Modular where possible, so expanding later means adding a compartment, not a new cabinet.
Build and delivery
We build the cabinet and deliver it on site, with the documentation available for your insurer or the environmental agency.
